- implement corrective actions for the operational defects detected due to operational issues.
- continuous improvement of the 5s in responsibility.
- responsible for follow up and monitoring the production flow and delivery metrics.
- responsible of balancing the lines of production according to the demand.
- responsible of hiring and terminating personnel as needed.
- responsible of the administration of absenteeism, delays, and replenishment of personnel
education degree
- bachelor's degree
required experience
- (8 to 10) years experience in combined welding, assembly operations and/or cnc machining and sheet metal operations synchronized as a value stream operations line - heavy manufacturing.
- (5) years of supervisory experience.
- knowledge of, 5s, jidoka, smed, poka-yoke, one piece flow, lean principles and mudas.
- knowledge of, 5s, jidoka, smed, poka-yoke, ishikawa, 5w1h, one piece flow, lean principles and mudas.
- knowledge on methodologies for problem solving, a3, ishikawua, 5w1h, doe.
- demonstrated technical knowledge related to area of responsibility, control, pnewmatics, instrumentation.
- experience with iso, fda, gmp, asme. Stps/osha, or other similar regulatory or standards organizations.
- excellent organizational, communication, team-building, coaching, and decision making skills.
- effective interpersonal and influence management skills to interact with cross-functional team members.
- thorough understanding of material management and quality systems.
- must be able to read, write in english
- usage of microsoft office, word, excell, powepoint, outlook, mrp.
- bilingual (able to read and write)
