About the role:
responsible for developing overseas markets for energy storage solutions. We are seeking a proactive and experienced sales director to expand our global footprint in the energy storage sector. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in channel development and direct client engagement experience in target markets such as mexico.
key responsibilities:
* identify and develop overseas distributors and channel partners, and actively drive project pipelines to successful completion.
* directly manage key international customer accounts, including client visits, contract negotiation and signing, payment follow-up, and long-term relationship building.
* gather and relay customer feedback, coordinate internal and external resources to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
* customize and deliver technical/commercial proposals based on client needs, with basic ability to draft or adapt solution documents and explain them clearly to clients.
* complete other tasks assigned by senior management as part of business expansion efforts.
qualifications:
* experience in selling energy storage system integration projects.
* at least 3 years of experience in overseas channel sales, with proven success in similar roles.
* existing channel partner network or sales resources is highly preferred.
* fluent in english and spanish as a working language;
* strong resilience, adaptability, and result-driven mindset; willing to work under pressure and pursue goals with energy and commitment.
