As an intern customer experience here at honeywell, you will be focused on edi & sap activities. You will work closely with our team to support customer experience initiatives and ensure smooth edi and sap operations. This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in data analytics, excel, sap and edi tasks. You will report directly to our customer experience manager and work out of our slp location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the improvement of our customer experience by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights to optimize edi and sap processes. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be crucial in ensuring accurate and efficient operations
- key responsibilities
- analyze edi and sap data to identify trends and patterns
- support the implementation and maintenance of edi and sap processes
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues related to edi and sap activities
- assist in the development of reports and dashboards to track performance metrics
- participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience
you must have
- strong proficiency in data analytics and excel
- bachelors degree in it or related
- availability to cover full time monday to friday
- english fluent
- math-logic oriented mindset
- attention to detail and strong analytical skills
