Job descriptionin this pivotal role, it is anticipated that you will design, develop, and deploy integrated customer solutions with a focus on execution excellence. You will develop solutions aligned with industry best practices and create reusable software to be utilized by multiple projects. This includes collaborating with customers to understand requirements and agree on deliverables and acceptance criteria.identify customer needs and provide effort estimation.interact with customers, engineering teams, external partners, and suppliers in support of designing, implementing, and sustaining custom test solutions.collaborate in the development of high-level integrated solutions.develop innovative software solutions for customers in the transportation industry.ensure adherence to established software development processes and standard methodologies.engage in the creation of reusable software to be utilized by multiple projects.work with project managers and leads to find efficient technical solutions to project challenges.responsible for delivering technical results for assigned projects.collaborate with the project lead on the design of systems, workflows, and architectures that enable the future state to be achieved.guide the introduction of new systems and workflows to enable the desired future state (business outcome).contribute to providing training, mentoring, and growing new talent in key areas.required skills and qualificationsto excel in this position, you will require:bachelor's degree or higher in electrical, mechatronics, electronics, computer, or electromechanical engineering.at least two years of experience in software development, system development/integration, and/or test and measurements.proficiency in english (a must).familiarity with labview, teststand, veristand, labview rt/fpga, pxi/crio platform, text-based languages like c/c++, or python.excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and experience working directly with customers, engineers, and business partners.ability to work optimally in a fast-paced environment.problem-solving skills - diagnose technical issues and propose effective solutions.self-motivation and ability to work independently.capacity to drive tasks and lead projects to successful completion.quick learning of applicable technology, systems, and products.knowledge of relevant t&m products and platforms.willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.availability to work a hybrid model (4 days in-office and 1 at home).benefitsat our organization, we prioritize creating an inclusive and supportive work environment where every employee has the opportunity to grow and thrive.
