the delivery operations associate manager is responsible for leading and ensuring the effective end‑to‑end execution of order to cash (otc) processes, combining strong operational expertise, team leadership, and a client‑delivery focus.
this role involves managing small to mid‑sized teams, solving moderately complex problems, ensuring sla compliance, and actively participating in continuous improvement and process transformation initiatives.
what will you do in this role?
- end‑to‑end management of the order to cash process, including:
- order management
- credit management
- billing / invoicing
- cash application
- collections
- customer master
- analysis of operational data, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- optimization of working capital, providing real‑time visibility into revenue flow and cash flow.
- ensuring compliance with slas and operational metrics agreed with the client.
- identification and resolution of moderately complex operational issues.
- driving process transformation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- 10 to 14 years of experience in order to cash (otc) or finance operations.
- proven experience leading operational teams.
