to lead backend development efforts for enterprise clients. This high-impact role involves designing and implementing scalable .net solutions, collaborating closely with technical directors, and setting best practices across development teams. key responsibilities
* design and architect scalable backend solutions using
.net core / .net 6+
and

* lead backend development and set technical direction for projects.
* develop and maintain
restful apis
and microservices, including third-party integrations.
* optimize database schemas and queries using
entity framework core
.
* establish coding standards and conduct code reviews.
* troubleshoot complex technical issues across the application stack.
* collaborate on sprint planning and technical feasibility.
* support
ci/cd
pipeline configuration and deployment (
azure devops, github actions
).
* ensure backend systems are secure, performant, and well-documented.
required qualifications
* 7+ years
of professional software development experience.
* 5+ years
with
.net framework
and
.net core / .net 6+
.
* expert-level proficiency in
c#
,
asp.net core
, and
web api
.
* strong experience with
entity framework core
, sql databases (
sql server, postgresql
).
* familiarity with
azure
and cloud-native development.
* experience with
git
, branching strategies, and
ci/cd tools

* ability to lead projects and make architectural decisions.
