Hands-on delivery experience configuring or implementing at least one marketing automation / messaging / cdp / analytics platform. Practical knowledge of event-driven logic, segmentation, testing/qa, and stakeholder-driven delivery. Strong communication skills translating business goals into executable technical steps.preferred sql for analysis/validation; comfort reading json and api docs. Experience with identity, consent, preference management, or regulated environments. Familiarity with agile delivery, uat support, and producing runbooks/documentation.
