main responsibilities
* lead revenue generation and growth for john deere construction & forestry equipment aftermarket (parts & services) business.
* in partnership with our world class dealer channel, drive a customer centric and proactive approach to selling our broad portfolio of parts and service solutions, including tiered parts portfolio, upgrades, service agreements, and relife offerings.
* maximize customer uptime through convenient access to parts. This includes leveraging deere's parts network, inventory coordination between deere and dealers, and ecommerce solutions.
* achieve a variety of key success measures, including customer experience feedback, sales growth, profitability, and share of aftermarket opportunity.
* have direct responsibility for the mexico aftermarket business, plus deep collaboration with global construction and enterprise aftermarket teams.
