we are looking for a
client connection manager
to join our commercial team.
your mission will be to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support the sales process from initial outreach through pre-sales coordination. This role focuses on developing new client connections while maintaining consistent communication and delivering excellent customer experience in a dynamic logistics environment.
key responsibilities
generate new business opportunities through cold outreach and client prospecting.
develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
collect and review required client information to support quotations and service proposals.
conduct follow-ups and maintain daily communication with clients and prospects.
promote company programs and logistics solutions aligned with client needs.
contact potential clients to evaluate opportunities and present services.
maintain accurate and updated client records in internal systems.
respond to client inquiries regarding services and availability.
manage multiple communication channels, including phone calls and email correspondence.
support pre-sales activities and ensure smooth client onboarding processes.
deliver high-quality customer service throughout the sales cycle.
requirements
proven experience in
sales within the logistics insurance industry
(required).
advanced english level (written and spoken).
strong relationship management and communication skills.
well-organized, detail-oriented, and analytical mindset.
ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
motivated, proactive, and open to feedback.
strong pc skills and excellent systems knowledge, including ms office and excel.
experience working with sales analytics and forecasting goals based on data.
