We are looking for ahands-on automotive validation engineerto support product development inengine, transmission, driveline, and e-powertrain systems (bev/hev/phev). Prepare and execute test plans (define procedures, coordinate bench and vehicle tests, track results). Collect and analyze data, perform basic instrumentation and develop technical reports. Conduct first-level failure triage during validation (preliminary root cause and containment actions). Align activities with vehicle architecture, manufacturing processes, and customer quality standards. Manage technical documentation and deliverables.requirements:bachelor's degree in mechanical, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or related field. Automotive industry experience in design, validation, or development (oem or tier 1/2). Solid understanding of vehicle architecture and manufacturing/quality processes. Experience developing and executing test procedures, familiarity with data acquisition and instrumentation. Strong troubleshooting and failure analysis skills. Advanced english. Hands-on experience with inca, canalyzer, oscilloscopes, high-voltage probes, and related cabling.
