responsibilities:
* evaluate and qualify new suppliers, develop new suppliers, increase capacity, and assess suppliers for process conformance.
* implement on-site improvements using lean methodologies, supplier scorecards, and assessments.
* ensure compliance while driving systematic problem-solving and process improvement plans.
* monitor supplier performance indicators and facilitate the supply base's ability to meet expectations.
