Job Responsibilities
Warehouse order process management
1.1 Responsible for order management, follow up on the entire order process, ensure the timeliness and accuracy of order processing, and achieve the company's required KPI indicators
1.2 Continuously optimize the accounting process, strictly follow the SOP, and ensure the processing of customer order requirements and service quality
1.3 Through system process control, do a good job of first-in-first-out control of goods and order ETA integration
1.4 Promote the improvement of warehouse operation systems (e-VMI/SAP/iDEAS, etc.), optimize operation efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction
Delivery Control
2.1 Establish a daily shipment demand and emergency material tracking mechanism, and follow up and coordinate emergency needs throughout the process
2.2 Establish an emergency management mechanism to ensure that customers' urgent needs are met and that delivery is managed and controlled in the event of system anomalies or other special circumstances
2.3 Establish an abnormal feedback mechanism for accounts and materials, and conduct continuous follow-up and reporting management for customers who fail to respond to EDI861 or sign for confirmation
Service quality supervision
3.1 Establish an on-site operation KPI Review mechanism to ensure that the accounting operation KPI indicators meet the company's requirements
3.2 Conduct timely review and analysis of customer complaints, formulate improvement measures and implement them
3.3 Regularly formulate return visit plans, which are not limited to on-site visits, telephone return visits, quality meetings, etc., to establish good communication channels and improve service quality and customer satisfaction
Job Requirements / Qualifications
* Bachelor degree and above
* Bilingual in English and Spanish, Chinese is a plus
* More than 3 years of experience in warehousing and logistics industry, with manufacturing background preferred
* Be proficient in the correlation logic of WMS, SAP and related systems, and propose optimization and improvement plans;
* Have experience in new warehouse construction or new project system and process planning;
* Have experience in modern intelligent warehouse operation management;
* Have meticulous logical thinking, audit management and foolproof risk management capabilities;
* Have delivery control tracking capabilities, real-time order management and monitoring, and meet customer emergency order delivery;
* Have diversified communication skills and professional capabilities;
* Good ability to foresee and solve problems.
