We are seeking a skilled manufacturing quality engineer to join our team. Our company operates in a regulated environment and adheres to iso9001 and as9100 standards. We specialize in manual manufacturing processes, emphasizing precision and reliability in every aspect of our operations.

day to day responsibilities:
* lean manufacturing tools and technologies – the use of tools, techniques and processes specifically designed to increase value added work, including daily routines and tasks, to eliminate waste, decrease cost, and create a culture of continuous improvement
* gather, analyze, and report information – observing, receiving or otherwise obtaining information from all available resources. Identifying the underlying principles, reasons, or facts within the information to provide meaningful results for the given audience
* implement and maintain quality control procedures in accordance with iso9001 and as9100 standards.
* perform inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
* provide guidance and training to production teams on quality standards and procedures.
* conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to minimize defects and non-conformances.
* drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality and efficiency in manufacturing operations.
qualifications and skills
* bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
* 4+ years of professional experience in quality engineering, preferably in a regulated environment.
* strong knowledge and experience with iso9001 and as9100 standards.
* proven track record in manual manufacturing environments, with a focus on quality assurance and process improvement.
* prefer candidates with a solid data background and organizing data
