In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our engineering support operations. You will be responsible for managing a team of support specialists, providing guidance and support to resolve complex customer issues, and driving improvements in our support processes.

you must have
* bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics)
* 7+ years of experience in advanced engineering support or related roles
* strong experience with agile methodologies and product releases
* hands-on experience with tools such as jira or confluence
* certifications such as scrum, safe, or pmp are desirable
