Requirements: • 6+ years of experience with a bachelor's, or 3+ years with a master's/phd • 2+ years leading or mentoring small technical teams • proven success building ml or optimization solutions with real-world impact • strong python, sql, and data science fundamentals • experience with complex stakeholders and cross-functional environments • degree in a quantitative field (master's/phd preferred) • ml/ai/ds certifications are a plus • spanish and english proficiency.
