.position:campaign managerjob description:the campaign manager is responsible for developing and leading global campaigns in support of the arrow portfolio.
working with the digital marketing and performance marketing center of excellence, the campaign manager will need to have sound organizational skills as well as knowledge and experience in executing multiple campaigns in multiple regions at any one time.
a proven track record in campaign management is critical while having the ability to refine and identify the core marketing strategy of every campaign.
this role reports to the global ecs marketing director.what you'll be doing:oversee the execution of integrated global marketing campaigns for arrow across multiple regions.assist global marketers and strategists during the campaign planning and brief development process, review campaign proposals.develop and recommend cost-effective options and work with internal and external agencies to arrive at best pricing and timelines.
create campaign estimates and schedules to assist global strategists.drive each campaign activity from approval of plan to production, launch, monitoring and reporting to ensure objectives and campaign strategies are being met.introduce new fresh ideas for test campaigns, plan and run those campaigns and turn them into benchmarks for use by planners.oversee quality control of all projects through editing, proofing, and the review process.ensure campaigns are built, executed, and reported to realistic service level agreements.coordinate translations of campaign content and review translations with local marketing contacts to ensure accuracy of translated content.collaborate with digital marketing team for timely creation of effectiveness reports and dashboards.principal accountabilities:responsible for execution of marketing projects, including online and offline marketing tactics, with assistance from manager.work closely with managers to assist in execution of marketing projects.
assist in confirming objectives and deliverables are met.coordinate with creative teams from development through completion to assist in project goals.assist with developing and recommending cost-effective production solutions and work with strategists to create pricing and timelines.
create project estimates and schedules with manager approval.compile campaign reporting and report results back to manager and strategist with manager approval, on all projects.begin to establish and develop internal relationships; may present pre-definedarrow program presentations.experience / education:typically requires a 4-year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.previous project management at either a marketing agency or within an internal shared service or demand center function
