* leading the regional services delivery team and setting clear objectives aligned to organizational goals.
* supervising contract performance, identifying areas for process efficiency improvement, and implementing solutions.
* ensuring staff and stakeholder safety is prioritized in all decision-making.
* managing financial performance of contracts and controlling costs to optimize resources.
requirements:
* at least 8 years of experience in building and operating it delivery organizations using modern methodologies.
* a deep understanding of offshore delivery models and it service engagement frameworks.
* demonstrable experience with leadership in international, multicultural organizations.
* business acumen, understanding customer-centric decision-making, and experience in customer operations management.
* knowledge of relevant industry standards and frameworks.
* certifications such as cissp, cism, or cisa are a plus.
