The ideal candidate has proven experience in international and multicultural recruitment.requirements- bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, human resources, or related field.
* 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including international and multicultural recruitment.
* experience in recruiting:
* executive (managerial / leadership)
* specialized (white-collar)
* mass hiring (blue-collar)
* experience in multinational environments.
* proficient in ats systems
* advanced english (required).responsibilities- manage end-to-end recruitment for operational, specialized, and executive roles.
* develop talent attraction strategies across multiple industries (automotive, manufacturing, logistics, etc.).
* collaborate with business leaders, hrbps, and hiring managers to define needs and candidate profiles.
* execute sourcing and headhunting strategies for key positions.
* lead competency-based interviews and comprehensive candidate assessments.
* coordinate evaluations, including psychometric tests, socio-economic studies, and background checks.
* facilitate calibration sessions (debriefs) to support hiring decisions.
* perform compensation analysis and prepare offers.
* ensure recruitment processes align with diversity and inclusion principles.
