*job summary*:
we are seeking for an ericsson group management system (egms) compliance manager role at quality & integrity. The major responsibility of this role is to develop and secure an effective understanding, implementation and compliance to the integrated management system and the activities it addresses including, but not limited to; business continuity management (bcm), information security management system (isms), and ericsson's iso certifications. (iso 9001 quality, iso 14001 environmental, iso 45001 occupational health and safety, iso 27001 information security)
you will typically interact with supply organization locally and globally.
required broad and in-depth supply chain knowledge, ericsson business process and solid understanding of ericsson's organization
*you will*
- plan/secure execution of management reviews
- plan/perform/report/follow-up on internal assessments as lead assessor and consolidate reports on findings
- coordinate & follow-up of audits as applicable
- act as subject matter expert in integrated management system and compliance matters
- plan and facilitate execution of activities related to iso certification assessments and act as interface to the 3rd party certification body
- plan and execute bcm
- conduct bcm improvements
- conduct rca and ap follow up
- plan and execute isms.
- plan/perform/report/follow-up on yearly information security and risk assessment (isra) as lead assessor and consolidate reports on findings
- follow up and report on treatment plans
- act as subject matter expert during blue audits
- maintain group supply americas egms websites
*to be successful in the role you must have*
- master's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
- proficient experience in the integrated management system
- good knowledge from working with internal assessment and management review activities
- knowledge of the iso standard requirements (quality, environment, ohs, information security)
- excellent verbal and written communications skills in english
- ability to interact with multiple organizations
- knowledgeable in ethics & compliance
