what you'll do
* lead and coach our growing 6-person intake/sales team handling high-volume inbound consumer leads.
* manage all lead operations inside lead docket, ensuring accuracy, response speed, and conversion consistency.
* track and improve kpis: lead response time, contact rate, sign-up rate, and client satisfaction.
* hire, train, and mentor new intake/sales representatives as the team expands.
* identify workflow bottlenecks, overlapping roles, and automation opportunities.
* collaborate with leadership to refine scripts, routing logic, and follow-up systems.
* uphold accountability, professionalism, and high client-service standards.
what you bring
* 5 + years of experience managing sales or intake teams (legal, insurance, or professional-services background strongly preferred).
* proven record of improving team conversion rates and efficiency through coaching and systems.
* excellent english communication and leadership skills.
* experience with crms (lead docket, hubspot, or similar).
* strong analytical mindset and comfort working with metrics dashboards.
* self-directed, organized, and reliable in a remote work setting.

compensation & performance incentives
* base retainer: mxn 68,000 – 75,000 per month.
