mission
the inbound marketing manager will build and run tutenlabs’ inbound engine, converting brand awareness into measurable demand and supporting revenue growth. This person will design and execute campaigns, manage hubspot workflows, and develop the programs and assets that generate qualified leads and nurture them into opportunities.

* launching inbound campaigns that drive measurable mql growth and support the rebrand rollout.
* establishing effective hubspot automation, lead scoring, and nurture programs to improve conversion through the funnel.
* creating repeatable campaign frameworks and reporting that demonstrate marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue.
key responsibilities
* campaign strategy & execution
* design, launch, and manage integrated inbound campaigns tied to rebrand milestones, product updates, and industry events.
* build and manage a campaign calendar that connects different tactics (ads, emails, social, events, website) into cohesive programs.
* drive mql growth by orchestrating multi-touch campaigns that combine paid, organic, and event-driven initiatives.
* content development for demand generation
* create and adapt conversion-oriented assets that power campaigns — including landing pages, case studies, webinars, roi tools, emails, blog posts, and infographics.
* ensure all content reflects the rebrand, speaks to icp pain points, and is optimized for lead capture (ctas, forms, gated downloads).
* collaborate with product marketing to ensure assets stay aligned with messaging and positioning.
* marketing automation & lead nurture
* build and optimize hubspot workflows, segmentation, and scoring to automate lead nurturing.
* optimize nurture programs through email, content, and social channels, ensuring consistent follow-up for prospects.
* partner with sales to establish closed-loop reporting, ensuring marketing activities are tied directly to pipeline and revenue.
* paid & organic channel management
* launch, monitor, and optimize linkedin ads, google ads, and seo programs to attract and convert qualified traffic.
* run a/b testing on creative and messaging to improve ctrs, cpl, and conversion rates.
* collaborate with product marketing to ensure paid and organic campaigns align with icps and personas.
* event & conference activation
* develop pre- and post-event marketing programs (email nurtures, linkedin campaigns, follow-up workflows) to maximize roi from industry events.
* create collateral, landing pages, and nurture sequences specifically for event-generated leads.
* performance tracking & optimization
* track campaign roi, inbound lead flow, and conversion metrics (inquiry → mql → sql).
* deliver reporting dashboards in hubspot and use insights to refine targeting, content, and channel mix.
* continuously test and iterate to improve inbound funnel efficiency.
* cross-functional collaboration
* partner with product marketing to ensure campaigns reflect updated messaging and value propositions.
* partner with sales to align on mql/sql definitions, lead handoff processes, and pipeline priorities.
* share inbound performance insights with leadership to guide future marketing and sales strategies.
minimum requirements
it will be a good match if you have:
* a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
* bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent experience.
* 3–5 years of experience in b2b inbound/demand generation marketing (ideally in saas or other complex b2b solutions).
* proven track record of building inbound campaigns that directly contributed to pipeline and revenue growth.
* hands-on experience with hubspot marketing automation (workflows, scoring, reporting).
* skilled in running linkedin and google ads campaigns; strong knowledge of seo best practices.
* strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to create and adapt content for different audiences.
* bilingual in english and spanish (fluent in both). U.s. market experience required; mexican and chilean market experience a plus.
* experience in the energy or facilities management industries is a strong plus.
* balance of strategic understanding and hands-on execution — able to design campaigns and also operate them day-to-day.
