About the role we're looking for a detail-oriented bookkeeping specialist to support multiple clients with full-cycle bookkeeping. In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end processes, and ensuring reliable financial reporting. Key responsibilities maintain accurate general ledger accounts for multiple clients record and categorize financial transactions in accounting software perform bank, credit card, and loan reconciliations process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions prepare and post journal entries when required support month-end and year-end closing activities prepare financial statements and management reports review financial records and resolve discrepancies maintain organized and audit-ready documentation communicate professionally with clients regarding bookkeeping matters collaborate with payroll and tax teams to ensure accurate reporting support additional accounting projects as needed requirements high school diploma 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping or accounting experience solid understanding of basic accounting principles experience working in a multi-client environment (very important) ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities bonus (not required): experience supporting clients in construction, restaurants, or nonprofit organizations tools / technical skills quickbooks online (mandatory) accounting and financial record management systems general bookkeeping and reconciliation tools soft skills / work style strong attention to detail flexibility and willingness to learn organized and process-oriented professional communication with clients and teams join us if you're a bookkeeping professional who thrives in a multi-client environment and enjoys helping businesses maintain accurate financial records, we'd love to hear from you.
