work you'll do/responsibilities
as a consultant at deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. In this role, you will interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. It is expected that you will be able to perform independent tasks as well as provide technical guidance to team members, as needed.
•updates the payroll process documents
•employee data management and payroll input validations
•experience in processing understanding of manual calculations for loa, salary changes, mid period hires and terminations.
•handling time-tracking tool and running health checks reports. and perform overtime calculations
•managing the off-cycle payroll runs.

qualifications
required
•3-5+ years of consulting and/or industry experience
•egresado in any pertinent field or industry
•responsible for supporting and independently completing project tasks
•advanced english level
•us payroll experience
•solid manual calculations
• solid time tracking system.
• experience in transitions, building sop's and other materials to maintain process, people standards.
preferred
• strong level communication skills to manage client stakeholders
• good understanding on quality
• knowledge of internal and external reporting
• experience in handling time sensitive tasks.
