Main activities:
1. insure needs/resources balance (mrp, etc.) for raw material, components, sub-assemblies, and finished products by managing the customer’s needs (customer order + ccmp's) and the replenishment backlog.
2. ensure product availability by taking actions to solve backorders and shortages.
3. ensure continuous needs/resources balance (mrp, etc.) for raw material, components, sub-assemblies, and finished products.
4. measure the otd, ac2, bov, and other key kpis and drive action plans.
5. manage customer needs coming from the ccc’s through the customer claim management process.
6. coordinate queue management and/or production scheduling.
7. manage the replenishment backlog (creation and rescheduling of manufacturing and purchase orders).
8. manage the backorder portfolio (bol), address shortages, and take actions to ensure product availability.
9. daily actions regarding mrp messages (sap example: md07) and escalate when issues are repeatable.
10. support stock discrepancies analysis and facilitate adjustments.

1. bachelor’s in supply chain, logistics, business, or operations engineering.
2. ability to analyze numbers, trends, and data to draw conclusions.

5. proactively seek information, training, and resources for continual professional development.
6. partner, influence, collaborate, and communicate across the enterprise and with external relationships.
