Bilingual admin assistant (part-time) | latam
our client is a nationally recognized immigration attorney based in new york city with 10 years of experience and a reputation as one of the best in the field. He serves clients throughout the united states - a large portion of whom are spanish-speaking from latin america. He is looking for a reliable, bilingual admin assistant to join him part-time and serve as a language bridge during client consultations, while also supporting day-to-day administrative tasks.
What you will do
join client consultations and calls to provide real-time english/spanish translation support
handle basic administrative tasks: data entry, filling out forms, preparing invoices
support calendar and schedule coordination
work with microsoft office suite (word, excel, outlook) on a daily basis
what you must have
perfect english and spanish — written and spoken. This is the #1 requirement, non-negotiable
2 years of experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role
strong reliability and communication discipline
comfort working with confidential and sensitive client data
microsoft office suite proficiency
prior remote work experience
