Job overviewthis role will provide high-quality engineering services and support for the planning, design, construction, operation, and maintenance of critical facilities systems across multiple sites.main responsibilities:technical support and leadership: provide consultation and support to global, regional, and site facilities teams as a technical field domain expert.collaboration and problem analysis: collaborate with internal partners and analyze system designs to identify improvements that result in better performance, efficiency gains, reduced maintenance, and cost savings.benchmarking and best practices: benchmark within and external to the company on engineering best practices and best known methods (bkms) of facilities buildings and systems.knowledge management: maintain groundbreaking technical knowledge on respective subject areas, including industry trends and technological advances.requirements:education: bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering.experience: minimum 7-10 years of experience in semiconductor and/or facilities-related industries.technical expertise: knowledge and experience on facilities and semiconductor mechanical and process systems, including cleanroom hvac, chilled water, heating water, makeup air, recirculation air, process cooling water, process exhaust, compressed air, process vacuum, general hvac, etc.skills: ability to prioritize and schedule workload, work on multiple tasks concurrently, good organizational skills, service demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and team working skills.
