Project coordinator
we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with experience in virtual training or webinar management to join our team.
key responsibilities:
1. event planning and execution support: a 360 event management role, leading event logistics across various education programs. Collaborate with subject matter experts, speakers, and stakeholders to develop engaging content and presentations. Manage webinar logistics, including scheduling, registration, and communication with attendees. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless webinar delivery and troubleshoot any technical issues. Develop and manage project plans, detailed timelines, outline tasks and identify necessary resources. Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
2. cross-functional collaboration: work closely with webinar, content, marketing, sales teams to align on webinars with business objectives and goals. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify target audiences, develop messaging, and create promotional materials. Partner with designated webinar leads to secure speakers, manage registrations, and provide logistical support.
3. reporting and analysis: track and analyze webinar metrics, including attendance, engagement, and retention. Provide regular reports to stakeholders on webinar performance, including q&a submissions. Conduct pre and post-webinar surveys to gather feedback and measure attendee satisfaction.
4. communication and stakeholder management: communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including team leads, marketers, and sales teams. Manage relationships with external vendors and speakers. Provide exceptional customer service to attendees, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Summarize and share event/ program wrap-ups with the team.
requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in event management, project management, or a related field.
* proven track record of successfully managing webinars, conferences, or other events.
* excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
* ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
* strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
* experience with webinar platforms, such as zoom, gotowebinar, or similar tools.
* proficient in google workspace and microsoft office.
* experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as google analytics or excel.
* bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
* advanced english language proficiency.
* a good sense of humor and great teamwork skills.
nice to haves:
* experience with marketing automation platforms, such as salesforce, marketo or pardot.
* knowledge of marketing and/or advertising industry, advertisement tools.
* knowledge of html, css, and/or javascript.
* certification in project management, such as pmp or agile.
* experience facilitating or presenting to large audiences.
