bachelor's degree required in the field of computer systems engineering or related field/equivalent work experience.
5 years of experience as it manager
fully bilingual (english and spanish)
plan, design, execute, and monitor the information technology strategy.
supervise and evaluate the alignment of information systems to corporate processes.
define information security policies and standards as well as general physical and logical security procedures, both regarding computer technologies and communications.
maintain the operability and availability of information systems and services based on information and communication technologies.
evaluate and propose the most appropriate hardware and software infrastructure (identification of needs) to meet the needs of the company.

windows os desktop and servers
active directory
voip phone system
*mobile devices*: smartphones, tablets, and hand-held scanners
management of os patches and updates
*administration of security software*: antivirus, malware, spam
help desk ticketing system
