* proactive strategy shifts: identify plateaus or bottlenecks early, then revise account gameplans to introduce new services, product features, or personalized recommendations that boost placements.
* outcome-focused reporting: present concise, targeted reports that tie proposed actions to tangible placement growth and roi gains.

* marketing & promotional alignment: partner with marketing to craft campaigns driving additional placements.
* support & product coordination: work with customer success to champion customer needs internally, ensuring swift resolution of technical hurdles that might slow hiring or reduce capacity.
* recruiter partnership: work closely with the recruiting team to ensure adequate talent pools are available and to mitigate any skill gaps that could limit placements.
* elevating top performers: identify high-performing recruiters for each account and reinforce their contributions with targeted recognition or rewards, further driving performance and customer satisfaction.
