Ejecutivo de servicio al cliente
responsable de brindar atención y soporte operativo a clientes internos y externos, asegurando el seguimiento oportuno de pedidos, reclamaciones, transporte y facturación. Colabora con distintas áreas para garantizar la correcta ejecución de procesos relacionados con entrega de producto, recolección de usados y cumplimiento de niveles de servicio.
principales actividades:
* dar seguimiento a pedidos, embarques, entregas y reclamaciones (filtros, lubricantes, pilas y material de empaque).
* coordinar con proveedores y transportistas la programación de rutas, transporte extra y recolecciones.
* gestionar solicitudes y soporte en sistemas y portales digitales (communities, tfr, carta porte, factor de carga).
* generar reportes operativos (crm, nivel de servicio) y presentaciones ejecutivas con resultados y métricas del área.
* actualizar bases de datos y contactos de clientes internos y externos.
* brindar soporte técnico básico a clientes sobre uso de portales, folios, pedidos y facturación.
deseable:
* conocimientos en análisis de datos (power bi, excel avanzado).
* experiencia elaborando presentaciones ejecutivas (powerpoint).
* experiencia previa en atención al cliente (call center o puestos similares).
colabora de forma diaria con áreas como comercial, compras, transporte, crédito y cobranza, mercadotecnia y recolección de usados
