Job title: human resources business partner



job description:


the ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and be able to work closely with management to ensure that strategic goals are aligned with business initiatives.
this role involves maintaining hr systems and processes, coordinating performance and salary reviews, ensuring all company policies are applied consistently, negotiating labor agreements, designing employee retention strategies, developing training materials, and implementing performance management programs.



key responsibilities:



* partner with management to develop and implement strategic hr plans aligned with business objectives.

* maintain accurate and up-to-date hr records, including job descriptions, personnel files, and benefit information.

* coordinate performance and salary reviews, providing feedback and coaching to employees as needed.

* negotiate collective bargaining agreements and manage labor relations.

* develop and implement employee retention strategies, including recognition programs and professional development opportunities.

* design and deliver training materials and performance management programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.

* analyze data and metrics to inform hr decisions and improve business outcomes.

* ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including employment law, labor law, and benefits law.

* maintain organization charts, employee directories, and other hr-related documents.

* provide exceptional customer service and support to employees and management.





requirements:



* bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.

* 5+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in a senior role.

* strong knowledge of employment law, labor law, and benefits law.

* excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

* experience with hr software and technology.

* certifications such as shrm-cp or phr highly desirable.
