about the role:
we are seeking a highly organized and proactive junior project manager to support the planning and execution of greenfield and brownfield projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in licensing processes, regulatory compliance and document management, playing a key role in ensuring documentation and permissions are efficiently handled.
key responsibilities:
- assist in end-to-end project coordination across greenfield and brownfield development initiatives.
- manage and track all documentation related to project licensing, permits, and regulatory approvals.
- liaise with government bodies, consultants, and legal teams to ensure timely acquisition of licenses and compliance certificates.
- maintain accurate project documentation and version control in digital and physical formats.
- support senior project managers in scheduling, budgeting, and risk assessment.
- monitor project milestones and assist in preparing progress reports and stakeholder updates.
- ensure project files are audit-ready and compliant with internal and external standards.
requirements:
- bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, architecture, business administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in infrastructure, construction, or real estate.
- hands-on experience in handling licensing and permitting processes.
- familiarity with greenfield and brownfield development projects.
- excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- proficiency in project management tools and document control software.
preferred skills:
- knowledge of local and national regulatory frameworks.
- understanding of environmental, zoning, or construction licensing requirements.
- pmp or similar certification (in progress or completed) is a plus.
