What You Will Do Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Remove impediments and protect the team from distractions.
Coach the development team on Agile principles and practices.
Manage and prioritize the sprint backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner.
Track sprint progress and report on key metrics.
Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.
Identify and resolve conflicts within the team.
Continuously improve team processes and practices.
Maintain project documentation within Agile tools (Confluence, ServiceNow).
Support team meetings by capturing notes, aligning next steps, and ensuring follow-up.
What We Are Looking For Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
4-6 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Expert proficiency in Agile tools (Confluence, ServiceNow).
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced, large team environment.
Analytical thinker and problem solver.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle.
Experience working with Big Data platforms is a plus.
