We're hiring an ai video creator (latam, independent contractor - entry level) for someone who genuinely lives inside ai video tools, ships fast, experiments constantly, and treats video creation like a craft.quick heads-up this is not a "send your cv and wait" type of role. We've included a small creative step below because we care more about how you think, create, and execute than having a perfect résumé. This is not a traditional editing-only role. It's about generating, testing, editing, and iterating ai-native video content for real products, paid campaigns, and customer-facing experiences. We're looking for someone who already spends time exploring new ai tools, testing workflows, following what's happening in ai video, and building things on their own. What you'll do generate short-form videos using current ai video models such as sora, veo, runway gen-4, kling 2.1, pika 2.2, and luma ray 2 edit and finish content in capcut, descript, premiere, or similar tools create multiple hooks, creative variants, and fast iterations for testing build ai avatar and ugc-style content using tools like heygen, captions/mirage, argil, or hedra when needed add ai voice and music using tools like elevenlabs, suno, or udio adapt content for tiktok, reels, youtube shorts, landing pages, and paid social campaigns collaborate in fast feedback loops and improve content quickly based on direction and performance help create ai-native content for healthcare, wellness, digital services, and consumer-facing products what we're looking for you already actively use at least some modern ai video generation tools strong instinct for hooks, pacing, short-form storytelling, and internet-native content comfortable moving fast, testing ideas, and iterating through feedback curious about new ai models, workflows, and creative techniques good creative judgment and ability to simplify ideas visually comfortable working independently in a remote environment english communication skills are a plus preferred / nice to have experience with some of the following is a plus, but not required: heygen, hedra, argil, mirage, or ai avatar workflows comfyui or open-source workflows ai voice/music workflows performance-oriented social content or paid ad creatives basic understanding of metrics like hooks, retention, ctr, or engagement experience creating content for wellness, healthcare, education, or service-based businesses context some of the products we build sit in healthcare, wellness, and service-based businesses.
