*responsibilities*
- communicate with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues to close their previous company contract.
- manage and coordinate follow-up activities to ensure clients continue their relationship with us.
- work closely with various departments to ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
- track and report on follow-up activities and client interactions.
- identify areas for improvement in follow-up processes and implement strategies to enhance clients to continue factoring with us.
- maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities.
- build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- provide regular updates to management on follow-up activities and client factoring levels.
- assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies.
- ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all follow-up activities.
- handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
*knowledge and skills required*:
1. Multitasking, proactiveness

3. Excellent written and verbal skills
4. Degree in accounting/finance is a big plus
5. Familiarity with basic accounting principles and procedures.
6. Experience in phone sales / cold calling is a big plus.
7. Solid data entry skills with regard to speed and accuracy.
8. Intermediate ms excel skills.
9. A self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced office setting.
10. Organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
