The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, supply chain coordination, and data management skills, with a background in the furniture or manufacturing industry.key responsibilities:order processing oversightsupervise the timely and accurate receipt of customer orders.ensure internal order entry is completed efficiently and without delay.monitor order backlog and follow up on pending or delayed items.shipping & logistics planningoversee daily and weekly outbound shipping schedules.ensure effective container planning and shipping execution with logistics partners.coordinate loading, export documentation, and label accuracy with warehouse and 3pl teams.demand & inventory coordinationalign customer demand forecasts with the material control planning team.lead collaboration between procurement, production, and warehouse to ensure inventory readiness.support safety stock, replenishment, and slow-moving inventory strategies.performance management & reportingdefine and track kpis such as on-time delivery rate, container utilization rate, and order accuracy.lead weekly reporting and analysis to drive operational improvements.proactively resolve issues that affect delivery performance or customer satisfaction.production interface & communicationreceive real-time updates on production completion.communicate line-off details and synchronize outbound plans accordingly.support the planning of inventory depletion and make-to-stock transitions.team management & process optimizationlead and develop a small operations team.continuously improve internal processes, sops, and cross-functional workflows.champion digital tools and data transparency across teams.qualifications:language: fluent in english and spanish (mandatory).experience: 5+ years in order fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.industry: prior experience in furniture, home improvement, or relevant manufacturing sectors is preferred.technical: advanced excel and erp system experience (sap, oracle, or similar); ability to produce analytical and executive reports.soft skills: strong cross-functional communication, team leadership, and ability to manage pressure in fast-paced environments.
