Responsibility:
handle resident enquires
provide premier customer service to our resident
assist in event and festival activities
monitor reception counter and support daily operation
provide assistance whenever requiredshift duty is required
requirements:
relevant experience in customer service field, especially property/hotel management experience will be an advantage
pleasant, cheerful, customer-oriented and cooperative
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
high level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
good command of spoken and written english and cantonese, with fluency in putonghua an advantage
proficient in ms office and chinese word processing
immediate available is highly preferred
candidates with less experience will be considered as assistant concierge officer
