With an international presence and a reputation for delivering impactful brand experiences, this agency specializes in branding, identity systems, packaging, and creative strategy for leading consumer-packaged goods companies.
we are seeking a talented senior brand designer with a strong background in consumer packaged goods (cpg), food & beverage, and brand identity design. This role is ideal for a highly conceptual designer who combines strategic thinking with exceptional craftsmanship and enjoys bringing brands to life across multiple touchpoints.
responsibilities
* participate in all stages of the creative process, including research, ideation, concept development, design execution, and final production.
* create compelling brand identity and packaging solutions for national and global consumer brands.
* ensure brand consistency by maintaining and evolving visual identity systems, including color, typography, and other key brand assets.
* develop thoughtful, high-quality creative solutions that align with client objectives and business goals.
* collaborate closely with strategists, designers, and external creative partners.
* organize and maintain project files and design assets.
* contribute to a collaborative, creative culture and help elevate the work of the broader team.
qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in branding, identity, and packaging design within the cpg space.
* strong experience working with food & beverage and/or consumer goods brands.
* exceptional portfolio demonstrating brand identity development and packaging design work.
* advanced proficiency in adobe creative suite (illustrator, photoshop, and indesign).
* strong understanding of print production processes and packaging execution.
* excellent typography, composition, illustration, and visual storytelling skills.
* ability to generate big ideas while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
* bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related discipline.
