Regional digital sales director - latam

About the role

uber eats is scaling its smb sales engine through high-performing business process outsourcing (bpo) partnerships. As a leader in this initiative, you will drive growth across key markets while delivering a best-in-class experience for our merchants.

you will be responsible for leading regional execution of uber's global digital sales center (dsc) strategy, adapting and localizing it to meet the specific needs and opportunities of latam markets. This includes managing and coaching bpo partners to ensure performance across key smb sales functions: acquisition, onboarding, and retention.

your goal will be to own and deliver revenue growth, holding accountability for gross merchandise value (gmv) performance in the long-tail smb segment. To achieve this, you will partner cross-functionally with sales, operations, marketing, and product teams to align priorities and drive meaningful outcomes.

in this role, you will analyze key metrics, identify performance gaps, and implement continuous improvement strategies, including process optimization, technology enablement, and front-line coaching.

you will champion the voice of the merchant, ensuring our sales approach reflects the real-world needs and challenges of small and medium-sized businesses across the region.


the ideal candidate

to succeed in this role, you will need:

* 7+ years of experience in sales management, preferably within a digital, customer experience (cx), or bpo-driven environment.
* a proven track record of leading external vendor (bpo) teams and managing partner relationships.
* a history of meeting or exceeding regional sales targets in a high-growth, fast-paced setting.
* excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and rally teams toward a shared goal.
* a hands-on, data-driven mindset with strong execution focus.


bonus points if you have

we are interested in candidates with:

* experience leading or scaling bpo sales teams in a global or regional context.
* familiarity with marketplace / e-commerce platforms.
* expertise in crm tools, sales automation platforms, and analytics dashboards.
* a global mindset—comfortable working across cultures and time zones.
* fluency in multiple languages, including spanish and english.
