key roles and responsibilities:
1. conduct a thorough review of the business system to identify areas for improvement based on business requirements.
2. apply analytical skills to decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from underlying true needs.
3. collaborate with customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements, and deliver relevant artifacts such as functional requirements, use cases, gui, screen and interface designs.
4. utilize enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies required.
5. engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously, working independently with users to define concepts under the direction of project managers.
6. test, document, and conduct end-user training regarding system enhancements to ensure the system is being used properly and meets business needs.
7. prepare program specifications and diagrams, and develop coding logic.
job requirements and qualifications
8. bachelor's degree in computer science or management information systems; or equivalent experience.
9. at least 3 years of sap experience.
10. experience in business system analysis or related area is required.
11. sap system design, analysis, and implementation experience is required.
12. desirable knowledge of other modules sap mm, qm, pm and fi-co.
13. eagerness to learn and support other areas, as needed.
14. strong business analysis, analytical, and interpersonal skills are required.
15. practical knowledge on erp implementation methodology, system development methodology, and quality assurance practices.
16. knowledge and experience with it controls and governance.
17. fluency in written and verbal communications skills.
18. fluent in english language.
19. ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work under tight deadlines, and handle changing priorities.
20. results-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

benefits
23. competitive salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per month.
