* leading a team to meet productivity requirements and ensure all building goals are met.
* route shipments within the amazon logistics coverage area, optimizing routes for efficiency.
* support process assistants with job duties and provide necessary training.
* monitor sorting operations and driver dispatch, identifying areas for improvement.
* review operational forecasts and determine productivity needs, adapting to sudden changes or growth.
* proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives using lean tools.
