role description
this is a full-time role for a subdirector de seguros siniestros autos located in the mexico city metropolitan area. The subdirector will be responsible for overseeing and managing auto insurance claims processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies. Day-to-day tasks include handling complex claims, coordinating with various departments, and providing expertise in claims resolution. Additionally, the role requires reporting on claims performance and implementing continuous improvement strategies.
