the logistics trainee is responsible for follow-up on transport coordination and import/export processes.
how you’ll make an impact
* assist in coordinating and executing logistics and transportation activities, including overseas shipments.
* prepare documents for each movement.
* support customs processes by providing information for the correct harmonized tariff code and origin certificates.
* arrange pickup of materials from suppliers (air waybill, pos, transportation).
* support with freight forwarders' account statements and other suppliers.
* follow up on the transit process of materials from the supplier’s plant to entry into the company.
what you bring
* higher technician or graduate in international trade or logistics.
* knowledge of incoterms, fcl and lcl imports/exports.
* preferred: sap experience.
* excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* intermediate english skills, especially reading and writing.
* proficient in excel, word, and powerpoint.

* teamwork and problem-solving skills.
the traffic intern reports to the traffic coordinator and collaborates with internal departments such as cs, quality, engineering, wh, and finance, as well as external suppliers and carriers.
