cemex is seeking a ready mix supply chain manager to optimize and manage our supply chain process. As the manager, you will be responsible for mapping the current process, identifying variations, implementing technology solutions and developing sops. You'll foster a culture of continuous improvement by training stakeholders involved in the supply chain process while monitoring performance using established kpis.
responsibilities
* manage and optimize the supply chain process by defining its scope, mapping the current process, identifying variations, setting performance metrics, developing standardized operating procedures (sops), implementing technology solutions, training stakeholders involved.
* foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and optimizing processes to improve efficiencies.
* ensure that all stakeholders are aligned on goals and objectives for the supply chain process.
* monitor and measure performance using established kpis to identify areas for improvement or optimization.
* collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as production planning, logistics operations and sales to ensure timely delivery of products to customers while minimizing costs associated with inventory holding or transportation expenses.
* identify potential risks in the supply chain such as capacity constraints at manufacturing facilities or disruptions in transportation networks; develop contingency plans when necessary to mitigate these risks.
* provide guidance on compliance issues related specifically to ready mix cement industry standards.

* coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of ready mix concrete while balancing cost and efficiency.
* develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain processes, including inventory management, logistics planning and vendor management.
* stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact the ready mix supply chain operations.
* analyze data from multiple sources to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
* communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations throughout the supply chain network.
qualifications
* possess 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics or related roles.
* showcase proficiency in developing and executing strategic plans to optimize the ready mix supply chain operations.
* demonstrate excellent analytical skills to identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction and risk mitigation.
* possess strong communication skills to liaise with cross‑functional teams including procurement, production, sales and customer service departments.
* showcase expertise in data analysis tools such as excel or bi software for generating reports on inventory levels, demand forecasting, etc.
* hold a bachelor’s degree preferably in supply chain management, logistics or related field.
* preferably hold a master’s degree preferably in supply chain management or business administration.
* preferred skills: knowledge of six sigma methodologies for process improvement; experience working with international suppliers/vendors; strong negotiation skills; familiarity with erp systems such as sap.

we are a global fmcg company seeking an experienced individual to gain exposure to an international supply chain environment.
job responsibilities
* manage technical data for the creation of new co‑packed finished goods.
* manage logistics data (palette, size, weight, etc.).
* manage bills of material (bom) and co‑packing instructions.
* initiate artwork packaging workflows.
* create and maintain the packaging database, including technical drawings and specifications.
* support product and packaging switches in bill of materials.
* act as an interface between packaging development, process and quality teams in the factory.
* assist with codes (packaging material / finished good) generation in the mrp (jde).
* develop and maintain print card development process with local suppliers.
