tasks
the
hr officer
is responsible for:
process locally required procedures in a timely manner
observe time related contractual agreements
ensure compliance and accurate documentation of hr relevant documents
handle locally required correspondence
support within the recruitment process
support expats in the country of assignment
assist with administrative tasks
issue correct and locally compliant hr documents
ensure the compliant issuance of visa in a timely manner
administration of time and attendance
review payroll incidences
* all other duties as assigned or required

bachelor's or equivalent preferably in the field of human resources, legal, socialsciences or business administration desirable
minimum of 1 year of work experience in hr
advanced command of english, both written and spoken
ms office as user
excellent detail oriented
excellent quality consciousness

excellent interpersonal skills
strong delegation
strong flexibility
strong teamwork
good negotiating skills
willingness to travel
must possess a legal work permit in mexico
