what you’ll be doing:
• manage the site's training team and oversee all training programs
• ensure induction training for all new hires is timely and complete
• assist department leaders in identifying training needs
• develop, monitor, and update the annual training plan aligned with company strategy
• track effectiveness of training programs and develop improvement strategies
• support resource management and training approvals
• maintain job descriptions and ensure alignment with job roles (rasic)
• ensure all training documentation is complete and compliant (records, attendance, certifications)
• serve as a key contact for audits and compliance reviews related to training
• promote a culture of environmental awareness, proper resource use, and waste separation
• support corrective actions stemming from customer complaints or audit findings
• share corporate policies and procedures with the team to ensure awareness and compliance
what we’re looking for:
• bachelor’s degree in administration, industrial engineering, or education
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in training or education coordination
• strong computer skills (microsoft office)
• knowledge of training methods and adult learning principles
• leadership and communication skills
• fluent in english (spoken and written)
bonus points if you have:
• experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
• familiarity with csr, qms (sgc), ems (sga), and customer audit requirements
• experience managing training for multiple departments and functions
