requirements:
* 2 years of experience as on site technical support
* knowledge of itil (desirable)
* experience with ticket management tools
* experience in active directory, office 365, vpn, sccm, remote support, antivirus, information backups, one drive, teams, peripherals
* advanced english skills to interact with the team in germany
* availability for flexible hours, including occasional extra time
* service-oriented attitude, friendly, and respectful
essential duties and responsibilities:
* resolve hardware and software incidents on-site
* support incidents related to basic software
* prepare, install, configure, and change computing equipment
* clone equipment, backup user data
* customize equipment and restore information
* prepare equipment for delivery to providers and users
* keep hardware inventory updated
* prepare reports and management reports as required
