- extract, prepare, and analyze reports and statistics of the main performance indicators (kpis) for sales, manage inventory numbers, the volume of overdue invoices and purchases, seeking to achieve business goals and monitor the main performance indicators (kpis) and sales team quality
- manage the preparation and sending of sales proposals (quotes) according to the needs of customers, and their follow-up in order to finalize the sale, their subsequent handling through sales orders, and the timely execution of the bill.
- manage the support of products, solutions, and services in the market.
develop contact with new and strategic customers, as well as end users, and promote participation in specialized fairs.
