- their role is to be the human resources leader and business partner for their respective global business unit. They will be in charge and responsible for the development and implementation of human resources strategies, practices, and policies to promote the growth and profitability of the global business unit in the areas of labor relations, training and development, performance management and health and safety. All compensation and benefits programs for staff will be designed within the strategic architecture of human resources to meet the needs of the gbu. The position will partner with corporate human resources in the implementation of the program.authorityall hiring decisions, training, compensation, and disciplinary actions including termination of all personnel.direct/coordinate the global processes of key personnel in the global business units (recruitment, compensation and incentives, performance management, development, and training).coordinate with gbu leadership to establish staffing and hiring requirements.establish performance and leadership standards and goals with senior team members, director of plant operations, and other key personnel.ensure the global successful development of human resources programs, as well as the execution.lead organizational development and succession planning activity.manage the development plans of the human resources directors of the plant.act as a custodian of jabil healthcare's employee-oriented culture.identify and evaluate fundamental problems and implement solutions.when appropriate, is involved with acquisitions and/or mergers that are related to human resources activities.

*experiência y requisitos*
- hard skills knowledge of the federal labor lawknowledge of us labor lawsknowledge of labor laws of the state of californiabilingual - english/spanishbasic knowledge of reports and financial statementsleadershipcustomer orientationconflict managementrequirementshave a minimum of 10 years of experience in a human resources management position.demonstrated knowledge and experience related to the business segment.recognized track record in developing and implementing performance management and leadership development programs.international travel is required.
