We're hiring a
learning & development project manager
to lead the delivery of training programs that empower our people and support the company's strategic goals. In this role, you’ll manage multiple high-impact projects and also guide and develop a team of talented professionals
in this role, you will:
manage projects and lead meaningful learning initiatives that align with business needs
oversee multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely execution
use data and insights to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic decisions
communicate with clarity and confidence across all levels of the organization
champion a culture of learning, collaboration and high performance
mentor and coach team members to support their growth and performance
what we’re looking for:
5+ years of experience managing l&d programs and projects
bachelor’s degree
english proficiency
excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
strategic mindset with a strong focus on people, results, and impact
ability to work effectively with diverse and multicultural teams
bonus if you have:
experience in a regional or global l&d role
delivered training both virtually and in-person
worked with learning management systems (lms)
